Jake Whitfield is one of the most well-rounded martial artists I've ever trained with: He earned his jiujitsu black belt in 2012 and was a successful pro MMA fighter -- and remains a high-level sport jiujitsu competitor in the gi and nogi. He's also very focused on teaching the core components of real-world functional techniques that work for EVERYONE, regardless of size or physical ability.

This seminar will focus on butterfly guard and entering to front headlock and leg entanglements from butterfly. This will be valuable for everyone, but especially for folks competing in the ADCC ruleset.
